Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new artwork. If you change your mind, we are here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
- Original Artworks: You may return any ready-to-ship original painting for a full refund.
- Limited Edition & Open Edition Prints: Standard prints are eligible for return if they were not custom-sized or “printed-to-order” specifically for you.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or commissioned artworks are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must notify us in writing (via email) within 14 days of delivery.

- Provide: Your order number and the name of the artwork.
- Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
3. Return Conditions & Packaging
To receive a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging.
- Original Packaging: We strongly advise keeping all original boxes and protective layers.
- Condition Check: If an item is returned damaged or showing signs of wear that were not present upon delivery, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If the artwork arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection.
5. Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival. If it is damaged, notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will offer a replacement (if available), professional restoration, or a full refund.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds include the original standard delivery cost.
- Funds will be returned via your original payment method.
